The modernization and digitalization of the Hungarian toll system is a key step in the development of the country's infrastructure and the management of tax revenues. The project involves the collection, processing, and analysis of ticket validation and sensor data, which amounts to billions of records daily. Its aim is to establish a robust data management and reporting system that meets the requirements of the NAV and supports the auditing processes.

The EKÁER (Electronic Road Freight Control System) is a system introduced by the NAV (National Tax and Customs Administration) that serves to monitor and control road freight traffic. Its aim is to reduce fictitious invoicing and tax evasion, particularly during the transportation of high-value goods. The system allows the tax authority to carry out real-time checks on domestic and international freight shipments, contributing to the reduction of tax avoidance and the maintenance of market competition.

The Online Invoice system aims to reduce tax evasion and bring transparency to the economy by enabling real-time monitoring of invoicing for the National Tax and Customs Administration (NAV). It enhances risk analysis and increases VAT revenues. Automated data reporting reduces administrative burdens, creating a fairer market, while the system supports the receipt and verification of invoice data.

The visualization tool that assists the tax authority's work enables the effective exploration and analysis of complex relationships between taxpayers. This modern, graph-based solution utilizes Cytoscape technology and is accessible via a JavaScript-based web interface. The tool not only displays the relationships among taxpayers but also integrates with the e-invoice system, providing a more comprehensive view of taxpayer networks than ever before.

The modernization of the National Tax and Customs Administration's (NAV) 20-year-old data warehouse was a complex and critical project that impacted the foundations of the institution's IT systems. The aim was to create an integrated and efficient system that meets the needs of a modern tax authority. Over the 2.5-year process, more than 100 experts worked on the project's success while ensuring the uninterrupted operation of NAV's daily services.

During the data warehouse and data mart development project, we conducted a comprehensive modernization of the bank’s data management processes. We supported critical business analysis, optimized data loading procedures, and successfully integrated multiple source systems into the data warehouse. This ensured faster and more efficient processing of real-time data, while closely collaborating with and supporting the internal DWH team.

During the liquidation period of Sberbank, we played a key role in preparing data services, which involved a detailed review and organization of financial statements, customer databases, and contractual documents. We closely collaborated with the bank's legal and financial departments to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of information. We paid particular attention to compliance with data protection regulations and the required formats by authorities, enabling a seamless liquidation process.

Data Quality Management (DQM) is crucial for modern companies, as accurate and reliable data ensures effective data management and analysis. The goal of this project was to optimize and enhance Sberbank's DQM system to meet the challenges of increasing data volume and complexity. The new system provides automated, more efficient error detection and is capable of generating user-friendly reports.

The integration of the data from Sberbank, successfully acquired by MBH Bank, became a critical task. This large-scale project involved complex data migration, harmonization of differing data structures, and the alignment of processes. IT and business experts worked closely together throughout the project to ensure a smooth transition and maintain data integrity.

We participated in the preparation of various reports involving data migration, design, specification, and development tasks. Collaborating with the relevant business area, we assessed activities and developed business specifications. We executed integration processes with the existing system, developed new loading engines, and supported monthly data submissions, including MNB HITREG, Basel 2, and IFRS reports.
